As leaders, we may not always see immediate outcomes. Some initiatives grow quietly, yet every action taken with commitment strengthens our mission. Like the polio eradication journey, progress comes from staying focused, united, and determined.
Our role is to lead with clarity and encouragement: communicate the vision, involve every member, and nurture future leaders. When we trust the process and work together, our collective efforts create change that truly lasts.
