True friendship is one of my greatest treasures and I pray that everyone may possess it.
I believe I am a good friend to those I find a connection with.
In my mind’s eye, I always imagine myself surrounded by good friends , who are there to help, support, guide and encourage me . I always feel the love and care my friends have for me. I allow my whole being to accept these gifts of love , happiness, encouragement and advice. .
As I imbibe this nectar of friendship, I feel lighter, brighter and stronger than ever. I then offer this love , happiness and light to others.
