PAEDIATRIC HEART SURGERY PROJECT

Dear Fellow Rotarians,

Every child deserves the chance to live, laugh, dream, and grow. Yet, for many children born with congenital heart disease, that chance depends on a life-saving surgery their parents simply cannot afford.

For years, our Rotary Club has been giving these children a Gift of Life through our Paediatric Heart Surgery Project. Every surgery has brought hope to a family and a smile to a child who was once struggling for every heartbeat.

This year, we have set ourselves an ambitious target of 1,000 paediatric heart surgeries. We have the hospitals, the surgeons, and the dedicated Rotarians to achieve this dream. What we urgently need are the funds.

I earnestly appeal to each one of you to contribute as generously as you can. If possible, please also encourage your family, friends, and business associates to support this noble cause. Every contribution, big or small, can help save a child’s life.

As Rotarians, we often say Service Above Self. Today, we have the opportunity to give those words a heartbeat.

One donation. One surgery. One child. One family forever grateful.

Let us not allow a child to lose the battle for life simply because funds were not available.

When history remembers our club, let it say that we did not count the cost—we counted the lives we saved.

With warm regards,

Rtn. Ashok Mahajan Chairman – Paediatric H
