Tribute to my Father i Fo \ oy 72 S i) = ( 4 I s j= g = My father Shri Mulkraj Mahajan left for his heavenly abode today at the age of 96 years. He was a pillar of strength to all of us. His work was endless and often we wondered how to thank him for raising us as well-adjusted children. As a highly educated person, he understood that with time, people and their taste change. He did not try to maintain some gold standard of his own time. This enabled us, his children and his grandchildren to be more affectionate towards him and he let us all blossom into whatever we wanted, but gave that extra advice whenever needed. He respected our values and opinions but knew when to draw a line if they contradicted the family s established reputation. He wanted us to be the best in our chosen career and chal- lenged us to grow as human beings. Dear Father, there is nothing that is more valuable than you two. Both of you have left us in the span of 15 months but gave us the tools to become better than what we thought was possible for us. We will dedicate our lives in service and take the time to make ourselves just as Grand as you both.
