Polio Eradication is Rotary's top priority and will remain so till the virus shows its back from the face of this planet. India is Polio Free but not the World. Polio any where is like polio everywhere. If We look at Nigeria which has reported three Polio cases and has been reclassified as a Polio endemic country very recently, it forces us to think again and again.
To Keep India Polio-free, we need to keep the masses aware about the new introduced changes and through continuous immunization. Occasion like World Polio Day (October 24) is a great opportunity for all of us to create massive awareness throughout the country and share the immense work done by the Rotary. You have already received letter to organize activities to celebrate World Polio Day.
We are counting on you to execute the proposed program and are sure you will not let us down. We know that finance may be a constraint but Are again confident that you will manage it well.
