The Joy of Giving Dear Fellow Rotarians, Wiliam Arthur Ward once said, The more generous we are, the more joyous we become. In Rotary, we live this truth every day. Generosity is not only giving money itis offering our time, skills, and compassion to uplift others. Recently, I visited a literacy program run by one of our clubs. Volunteers set up reading comers and mentored children. Seeing young faces light up with the joy of discovery was unforgetiable but the greatest joy came from the Rotarians themselves. Giving, it seems, creates happiness for both the giver and the receiver. Ata health camp in a remote village, Rotarians and volunteers provided free check-ups and medicines to hundreds of families. A mother holding her sick child, tears of gratitude in her eyes, reminded us that service heals, inspires, and strengthens communities. Even small acts make a lasting difference. One club organized a tree-planting initiative in a local park. Months later, children played under those trees a living reminder that generosity leaves a legacy. Generosity is the heartbeat of Rotary. Every time we reach out to someone in need, we renew our shared belief in a world built on compassion and cooperation. Service bridges differences, unites hearts, and proves that together, we can turn empathy into lasting impact. When we give selflessly, we become part of something larger than ourselves a global family of kindness and hope. These stories remind us that every act of service matters. True joy grows not from what we keep, but from what we share. When we serve with open hearts, we plant seeds of hope, strengthen bonds, and create communities that thrive. This month, I encourage each of you to give your time, your expertise, your compassion. Together, we can make our communities brighter, stronger, and more hopeful, while experiencing the profound joy of giving With warm regards and Rotary spirit,
