As Rotarians, we proudly wear the badge of Service Above Self. But what does that really mean if the foundation isn't truth? Can there be real service without sincerity? Can there be true leadership without integrity? Atthe very heart of our Four-Way Test lies the first and most difficult question: Is it the truth? That is not just a moral guideline it is a personal challenge. Truth demands courage, especially when it's inconvenient. Honesty calls us to be transparent, even when no one is watching. There is no path to honesty honesty is the path. It begins within us. It reflects in how we treat others, in how we lead, how we speak, how we serve.
